Carl Torres joined Pinnacle Estate Properties in 1996 and has been at the top in listing and sales production ever since. Carl has dominated his Marketplace since his start in the Real Estate Business, with annual sales consistently over 20 Million Dollars per year.
Carl grew up in the San Fernando Valley and realized his goals very early in his professional career. Carl owned and operated a successful Private Commercial Contracting Firm for over a decade before transferring his expertise and knowledge into the Residential Real Estate Field.
Carl’s greatest pleasure is spending time with his wife Tracy of 20 years and their two children Ryan and Blake. Together they have had great memories with Carl coaching and the boy’s playing in many youth tournament baseball games, including both boys playing on State Championship baseball teams. The Torres family also enjoys snowboarding, golfing, surfing, camping and vacationing together.
Carl is active in such charities as Toys for Tots, Martinez Youth Foundation, and the National Cancer Society.
